How Many G's Have You Pulled?
I had purchased the AVG-dp1 for my Pioneer flip-out dvd player which pretty much told you anything you wanted to know performance wise. I was interested in knowing if anyone else has ever had a G-force measuring device running while flying around a bend and if so what was your record. Mine was in a right turn 1.02G, left turn 1.07G. I do realize it's very reckless and i could've died but meh it was fun. I'll take a pic of this awesome bend it's wide and hairpin and you can see oncoming traffic for a good 1/2 mile so u know it's clear of oncoming traffic which is nice lol.

i dont have one of those toys but it would be neat to see how many g's i pull when i stomp it from a dead stop. all i know is that if you head isnt back already, it will be when i push the go pedal.
how much did that thing cost?

Being torn up it isn't: all things in moderation The only thing torn up on it is where some punk kid threw an egg at it after i've only had it a week well and when i decided to let a woman drive it I maintain it very well after all it's my pride and joy. Hitting a bend every once in awhile doesn't tear up a car lol Airride does trust that I know from experience....new ball joints all around!!!

the performance meters in the head units are very inaccurate, i have one built in to my kenwood excelon headunit, and it is off compared to my g-tech, with my g-tech completely calibrated for my car with intrax suspension, g-force kdw tires, speedbuilt rear swaybar, and strut tower braces, i only pulled a .78G in a very tight left hand turn at 65 to 85 excelleration.

I didnt put airride on it lol never would I had a TOTAL custom non bolt on airride on a Cutlass Ciera...search airbbaggedciera u'll find it. And it was'nt built into the head unit it was an optional accessory that You can buy. As I had the Cheaper Dvd player I had the Pioneer Avh-p5700 HU and AVG-VDP1 combo. It was very accurate it even used GPS to double check distamces and speed coming from your car. anywhoo I sold it to get some money to get this house. I had the G-tech one too in my old lowrider was kinda pointless for that car I bought it cause it sounded kool and I was young..

lol how many people can not understand what I am saying lol
IT IS AN ATTACHMENT AND IT ISN'T INSIDE THE HEAD UNIT ITSELF!!!!!!!!!!
jeez just go to pioneer's site and check it out before bashing....wow!!!
it's an attachment that can tell every degree of slope and if the separate box that it is, is sitting at a slight angle it will error.. It required about 30 mins of just driving around to tune itself to the car. Somehow you people r saying a thing you hang FROM YOUR WINDSHIELD like a radar detector is MORE accurate than something bolted to the floor LOL GET REAL..... This is starting to become funny here I will link it so people can read before judging that's what wrong with society: people r more likely to judge w/o even doing the slightest bit of research they just judge....The only thing that doesnt measure correctly on it is the estimated HP and torque and even the G-meter is VERY bad at that too....
