I guess 26" won't fit on an alero
I was helping a friend work on his truck this morning and thought I would put his 26" wheels in front of the alero just for kicks. I know they are way too big but what the hell.

I don't have a good pic, just one of the back wheel on the truck. They didn't cost more than the car because I bought it new but are more than its worth now.

i think its retarded. Whats the point of having a truck if it cant do truck things? Its supposed to be a utility vehicle and you have to roll wayyy careful with dubs like that.
at least those rims look pretty nice. Most of the things i see these days are HORRENDOUS!

all depends on the drivers application... i've never seen country hicks do dubs... and the majority of city cruisers dont do knobby tires and 14 inch lifts... and escalades aren't utility trucks...

I gotta agree with you, girl. I'm looking to buy a truck in a few years. I want it to tow the Delta and Alero to the track and shows and stuff, but both cars are going to remain street leagle.
I mention buying a truck in 5 years to guys at work and they are like, 'Yo, put 26's in it but by the time you buy it, you'll be able to get bigger. Christ I got guys breaking my balls about putting 24's on the Delta. When I tell them I'm putting 15's on it, I'm called a "Conry ass white boy"
Whatever

Here's one example of what I should do
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X7OdIIzjU3s
There's another video out there that has a mid 80's Regal on 26's on the 1/4 mile, and the axle snaps at about 200 feet down the track, and the other wheels runs down the track
