Damaged back bumper :(
Well my AAS kit came in a few weeks ago and I finnally got the time to open it up to put it all on my car. The first part I opened up was the back bumper, and sure enough, it was messed up.
Every other part was in good shape except a corner of one of the side skirts, which will not be seen anyways.
So yeah, I contacted them and sent them those pics ad I'm waiting for them to get back to me. I was really hoping to get it on this week but looks like it ain't happening.
Anyone got any suggestions on how I could fix this myself?

It is a true AAS kit. I got to looking more closely and some of the edges on the front bumper are cracked. The whole kit is flawed, and I'm most likely out of $650.

THAT SUCKS! It looks like the major damage happened in shipping or packaging. So that the rest of you can learn from this unfortunate experience, this is a PERFECT example of a "cheap kit". A few things to note: The uneven or wavy line of the side skirt, the chipping of the gel coat (white coating) due to low quality product and improper coating. I'm not burning on the design, I think it's a nice looking kit but the quality is FAR from good. I do however wish you good luck, hopefully AAS has a good return/replacement policy.

that sux, butlast time I checked the AAS kit, if directly purchased from Andys does not come with mesh installed and come in grey primer, like said already.....I know plenty of people who have purchased various kits from thema nd never had this issue..or any for that matter.

I think i got sent the wrong kit.
I ordered the "Andy's Auto Sport Kato Combat Body Kit" but i received a "VFiber Originality" kit which in person looks so cheap. It is very thin in many spots and has allot of imperfections. AAS still has not contacted me back. Surely they have to do something about this because it is unacceptable I can't put this crap on my car.

I would call AAS and talk to them directly instead of e-mail.

have you bought it Directly from Andy's web site or on Ebay? I could see someone selling a kit as a "Andy's Kato Combat kit" that is a cheap knock off in reality.

I did call first, and they told me to send them an email with pics. So, I sent them all the pics I have posted in this forum and a list of the damage.
Also, I did order it directly from AAS's website.

It might have been a wrong kit or something... I couldn't see ANY company doing something like that.... It's just asking for trouble.

They probably did that on "accident" to see if you fix or paint it first, and then they'd be like "OMG NAIO REFUNDZ LUL!!!"
