Repainting Grille

OK I was washing the Alero today and noticed that the grille it really chipping up bad. It's time for a repaint.

I'm really drawn between white and red. Any thoughts or ideas.

i gotta say silver to match your wheels. red would be too much cuz the car is red and white is too much of an offset. IMO.

just to let e'erone know, i'm getting really sick of this d**khead (sweetalero 99) and his comments /\/\/\/\ .... if ya don't like grills, why you even posting in this thread... i mean why should he take 'em out because you think they're dumb, i'm just saying i think the same about you but i'm not telling you to get off this site, same difference.......... well, redog, i say paint 'em black, would look good against all that red :thumbsup: (white would be tough to keep clean)

Silver looks best IMO bro. I have never seen a painted grill that looked good. I know they are out there, but I've yet to see one.

i think aleros are dumb. get a WRX :P

I didn't think silver would get such a big vote. Some people said black but I didn't put it as an option becuase I figured you wouldn't be able to see it.

I keep my cars until they die. I'm not going to buy a new car because everybody else does. Plus WRX over an Evo anyday of the week. Hell a Aveo over a Evo anyday of the week. Maybe even a 10 speed, a pair of sneakers, maybe?

if worried black wouldn't show up.... you could always mix silver chips into the paint, that would make it show up while being so nice and sparkly... and also acheive originality points, although it may be borderline ricing... you could also take glow-in-the-dark paint and mix it with the "right" paint , like a 1:2 mixture providing some glow at night... :thumbsup:

I say keep it as is.....but if you must paint..go red.

I like it the color it is, if anything put another coat of paint on it :thumbsup:

To be honest, I thought it was silver all along.
