i have an older sony xplod 600 watt 4/3 channel amp and im trying to bridge one sub to each channel but when i bridge a sub to the left channel it plays bass and voice coil even with the HPF off. can anyonetell me how to hook it up so there is ONLY bass coming out of the sub?

Need to set it to LPF and take the crossover down lower. Should be a dial somewhere, you want it around 80 Hz.
