Horn is stuck!
So in "My Alero (2nd N-body)" thread towards the end I mention fixing my horn, because someone cut the wires that run between High and Low tone horn, so I pulled the horn off of my Malibu and connected it to the Alero. Come to find out the horn goes off nonstop.
I pulled the relay under the hood, replaced it with the one from the Malibu (thinking the relay is stuck), but still nothing. So, I've searched some threads on here, and one person with an '03 Alero, mentioned something about the contacts in the steering wheel being stuck. I'm guessing this is my problem.
Also, when I press on the steering wheel to activate the horn, the relay does click.

Yeah I bet its on the steering wheel aswell. When I tried taking my steering wheel one time, I bent the plate and it used to honk while I turned.(MY old car)
My suggestion is take the airbag off and check it around.
And it sucks when sellers try hiding stuff around.

That was prob my post... it was repaired under warranty by my local stealership,... the part was around $600, they said the whole airbag module needed to be replaced. I just lived without the horn for a year till something else broke so i could get the most bang for my buck on my deductable.
Junk yard is prob you best bet if you can't readjust the ring.

Alright then, I will get to it later, maybe when it warms up outside lol. Thanks for the input guys. Much appreciated.
Got another quick question. My driver's side manual window doesn't want to go up and down like it should. The crank seems to slip. Has anybody had a similar problem? This way I can somewhat expect what's not working right.
