Suspension
I'm thinking about lowering my car, not sure how much lower but to where it doesn't seem i can go offroading with my car on how high it is haha. Does anyone have any certain things to go with and whats the difficulty rating on doing it myself?

What's your budget? A complete suspension (lower end stuff) will run you about $600 minimum, not counting an alignment.
I lowered mine on KYB GR2 struts, Sprint Springs and Monroe(?) strut mounts and final cost for me was about $600 with an alignment (got my springs DIRT cheap and a friend did my alignment)
If I were to go back I would spend the extra money and get KYB AGX struts and H&R Springs, I may get to upgrade if I ever get my ho running right again.
common springs are; Sprint, Cannuck, Eibach, Dropzone and H&R. I'm sure I'm leaving a couple out too.
Most struts are stock equivalent aside from KYB AGX.
Doing it on your own isn't hard at all, chances are if you can change a tire then you can replace your struts, there may even be a write up on here.

Honestly pretty simple. No write up but gives you an example.

The only pain I had was getting the rear strut line up with the knuckles, 5 mins with my step dad we got er done.

Weird.... That is the wrong link..... Here you go.

That is KYB gr2's with moog (Monroe) strut mounts. Look at post 1, 3, 11, and 36.
KYB gr2 is the struts to get, if you want to upgrade from those... KYB agx's
Springs, I like Canuck. But they are 1.75" drop.
Eibach - 1.2" drop.

First come first served. Also note: the springs have about 18k miles on them. I bought them used and never installed. Struts are just struts. No strut tops, insulators etc.

I bought all new monroe quick struts all around and swapped the springs. If you just want to lower it for the look, look for springtech springs. I got a set of 4 new and shipped for $50 and they are a 1.8 inch drop.

quick struts alone will still run you around, if not more then $100 a corner.
