Hey guys.
I am looking at some new tires. I am getting them from a friend at my college who owns his own shop. He can get me a complete set of these tires for $280. Any thoughts? They look good to me and have a 60,000 mile warranty. Can our cars use T rated tires or do we need to use H rated.
T rated is fine assuming you have your governor or if you dont you keep it under 115...i would consider going within about 3mph of the rating to be dangerous as they lose some of that rating as the tires wear...with governor you can get away with as low as s rated...here is tire rating chart if unsure http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tirete....jsp?techid=35
