Two Tone Steering Wheel

I did a search but still have a few questions.
I have a grey steeringwheel and have the opportunity to aquire a tan leather steeringwheel and a tan airbag.
What problems can I run into when i want to swap them?
Can you simply exchange one airbag with another?
Anybody willing to copy the airbag/steering wheel part from the haynes manual and mail it to me?
Is there an actual sensor in the airbagunit or is the airbags itself save to handle?
any problems to be expected with the cruise control?
Al tips and help is appreciated.

Hence the thought of going two tone

This would mean tan leather steering wheel with a grey Airbag.

I think this might actually look good.

if you have to ask for the opinion of people you dont know, then the answer is usually no.

do what you like, try it out, and if it works, go with it, if not, you can always change it.

I did a two tone steering wheel with black on the outside and with the air bag blue. IMO, it looks good. I think your idea would also look good. It's something different.
