Anybody recarpeted their cabin and trunk?
I've looked online at a few places, but I'm not sure who are good people to buy from. Also, I can't find anybody that has the trunk carpeting for sale. I bought some big pieces (12' x 5') and tried to do it myself, but dear god it didn't turn out very well.
So, basically:
1. Who's recarpeted?
2. Where do you buy the carpeting?
3. How difficult is it to replace it all?
Thanks y'all.
Collin

I tried searching for recarpeting and carpeting - nothing specific came up as far as what online retailers to buy from, part numbers to buy, how to install, etc.. - if you can point me to a thread that has that information I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks,
Collin

ya I have the ACC mats carpet. Its DA BOMB! .. i love their carpet. Any color. I've used their electric blue and now I got their white. As you seen in my car collin. Easy to install cuz I did it before. When I did it the first time with the electric blue one, it took me 5 hrs to do it total since I was scared not to overcut the holes for the seats, console..etc. But when i installed the white one back in march of this year. it only took me 45 min.
As far as the trunk carpet. No one sells those as I piece. when you do the trunk..join the gaps next to each other and do not overlap or else you'll have seam lines. That would be my only guess. I never done a trunk one before.

Glad I could be of help. You should make a how to on this as well, as I know it will be helpful to me once I stop being so cheap and spend some money into it. Good luck with it!

Someone should make a how to, dont know how hard it would be to replace carpet, but removing seats and all the jazz would be helpful for others, if i get the $$$ to purchase a carpet I would do one, but being a college kid, im running low on money. We will see though. thanks!
