Im looking for some opinions here on an idea i got...maybe it's already been done but i hanvent seen it or seen anyone talk about it.
The chrome trim that olds put around all the windows looks great...so do the rain guards...problem is the rain guards over the windows covers the chrome trim and breaks the "circuit." So how do you guys think it would look if i was to get a strip of chrome and lay over top of the rain guard in line with the factory chrome???

I've also thought about this, not converting the front and rear to chrome, but painting the chrome black, i wonder what that might look like.

If you can figure out how to paint the chrome pieces black and the paint is able to stick without peeling, please let me know. Local body shop says it'll peel.

Most of the trim just pulls out.. i know when the bodyshop did my dads burb, they changed it and i beleave you can get some non chrome trim.. just go to the bodyshop and see if you can get some black, or get them to do it, would prolly change it for cheep as i beleave it just fits in or is with 3m type tape/glue

Thanks for the responses. Like some of you said it may look tacky if i did what i talked about. As for Reddog's suggestion....i dont think there is ne room to put it inside..if ne 1 has tried this and it worked and has some pictures post them up.
