News(ish) cd player not turning on

My older CD player was having problems ejecting/reading CDs, so my friend let me borrow her's that she wasn't using. I connected it and all and now it won't turn on. I accepted a CD, but won't eject it, and the power button is lit up, but won't respond to me pressing on.

Any ideas? The fuse on the unit isn't blown, and neither is the radio batt. fuse.
What else is there to check?

first and main problem its a dual! check into getting a good cd player

check your wiring and if that is ok then throw it against a wall and go buy a good deck.

But yea guys, I talked to a friend of mine who knows a lot about this stuff and he did all he could and oculdn't figure it out either. Damn free decks.
