License plate removal
What the hell do i need to do to remove the front license plate.....the black part. cause i took off the plate, and there were these weird looking bolts or something. lol, but now the black part is making marks on my front bumper, so i wanna get it off.
HELP! lol

i belive its a 10 mm bolt then when u take it off ull have to file down and unlss u want to paint ull have the holes

are those pop rivets holding the plate holder on? because if they are you are going to have to drill them out.

idk whats holding it in, but they are circular and have a little hole in the middle of them

They are rivets Billy.
Just be careful when you drill them out so you don't leave any blue paint.

I didn't have to drill mine out, it was just held in by screws. They may have had some hex head or something, I don't remember but that was the first thing I did when I got home from the dealer

o ok, well i didnt know where to drill. so i just drill the middle of them and they will come out????

yes they do, but i know several people who dont have font plates on their cars. If i do get pulled over i will just make up something.

Dont be retarded Billy, the front plate is on there for a reason, so I would recommend just leaving it on there and avoiding the fine of dealing with it. Fact is that you're going to have some big holes in your front bumper after take the plate frame off, so its going to look more silly with holes than with the required plate.
