Question Custom Deck Problems

Well. I disconnected by battery, took out the factory deck (cd player on it was busted) and connected up my new pioneer deck, reconnected battery.... nothing

figured ok somthing is wrong with it, exchanged it for a new one...same problem.
The wiring is all good, there is power coming out of the wires (tested it) i cant figure out why the deck is not even turning on.. help?

like i said before, make sure you have a good ground. even w/ solid power, no ground means the circuit isn't complete, therefore, in reality... you have no power.

the wiring goes deep inside the car.. and i have nowhere near the knowledge to get to them, let alone find the problem..

Its not turning on....

Because the ground isnt good.

The 12V Switched isnt there.

The 12V Constant is dropping out.

There is only 3 possibilities here.
