Ghost car alarm...

Ok so today I went out to my car to get a cd, as I was going inside my car chirped at me. I have a 2000 gx, and no key fob; I am confused as hell. Anyone have an explanation, Or am I just going crazy?

Hahahaha. If you hit the lock button only once, and close the door, after about 5-10 seconds it will honk and then lock the doors. It's so if you forgot something you can open the door quickly and get it without having to get your keys back out.

LOLZ.
