I am totally diggin the gunmetal chrome lip stock wheels. Oh shit, I should paint mine like that so my stock wheels sort of match my nice wheels when it's wintertime.
Also, you have a rare color. Looks awesome in person.

Nice car! I really like the color and I dont recall seeing an Alero of that color. What is it called? Also, I say darker tails would look really good with the car, not totally black, but darkened a bit would be sexy.
I also think that painting the bezel inside the headlights, but keeping the orange reflector would look really nice.
Good job with the wheels!
