Actually these ones I think are mostly for look. Its the same result.

Since I am actually doing this mod very soon. I suggest you do your trunk first. It is the area that rattles the most in the car.

Can't wait to see results.

I did a little research at www.dynamat.com and found out the vibration control of original, extreme, and dynaplate.

"The theoretical maximum loss factor is 1 (no vibration). An undamped 1mm thick steel panel has a loss factor of roughly 0.001 at 200 Hz. Dynamat Xtreme applied to that panel would increase the loss factor to 0.417 @ +20°C (+68°F).
Original is .14 & Dynaplate is ONLY .17
This means that you're paying an extra $150 for NOTHING-so don't buy dynaplate and just buy the extreme.
