Electronic Crossover on stock stereo

I have an electronic 2 channel crossover laying around. What I was wondering is if you can connect it to the stock stereo. The only connections that the X over has is ground, remote, power, and 3 sets of rca jacks (one input, one output for bass, and one output for treble). Stock stereos though, are not equipped with RCA jacks, so I dont really know if it'd be possible to connect it.

Guess Ill have to wait till I can get a new stereo Or, maybe I can add passive crossovers to the stock speakers. Does this help any. Basically, what I want to do, is to remove the bass from the stock speakers.

Yes you can add the "bass blockers".

However I have never had good luck with them. Your better off to simply turn the bass down on the stereo.

Thing is, I already got the bass all the way down on the stereo, but it still sounds like there is bass in the speakers. Looks like my only option is going to be getting a new stereo later.

Well if its all the way down and you still have bass or the speakers aremaking weird noises your speakers are probably blown.

if you are trying to get away with keeping blown speakers it wont work, treble moves faster than bass, therefore making more damage

I have two subs in the back. I dont think my speakers are blown, but I dont like bass in the front. In my delta I had a dual amp setup with the crossover. I really liked it cus all the bass would come from the subs which are meant for that, and the treble would come from my speakers, which are meant for that. I wanted something similar for my alero. I am already satisfied with the quantity of my system, I just want more quality.
