brake question

got a brake question for you guys. my brakes are squeeling, not the kind you get when you pads are worn but whenever i stop at a stop light and let go of the brake and apply gas to get goin, my front right brake starts like, i dont know, squeeling? it does the same thing when it rains or when its really humid out here, it gets really annoying. i live in ohio so for those who live in ohio knows that ohio weather sucks lol. i dont know if its just natural or if its my dog pissing all over the tire is the problem . i have a neopolotin(think thats how you spell it) mastive and he goes on my tire like theres no tomorrow. my rotor and pads are still practicly brand new. changed them both about 4 months ago or so? any ideas on how to stop it?

also, how do you get rid of the stains from my dogs piss and brake dust off the rims so it'l look all pretty and shiny? just buy any generic tire cleaner?

First get rid of the dog, one problem solved..
Second did you put grease on the brakes slides when you put them on or is it more like a caliper seizing sound(only when you press the pedal)..

lol i wish but its my father's dog. no i didnt put any grease on it?. the caliper is still good. it vibrates a lil when it makes the noise, once, you past the 20mph mark, it goes away

i think, just a thought, that the pads and rotor are lil tight and vibrating to make the noise?

Auto parts stores sell aerosol cans of something called 'disc brake quiet' or something like that, I've never used it myself before but it must work because I've seen mechanics using it.
