Lights Dim....

OK heres the problem, lights (interior neons are most noticeable, outside dim o so slightly) have always dimmed when the bass hits, I added a cap thinkin it would help, but not really......i mean I can tell the amps are working more efficiently but the dimming is still there.......well i had both sets of my fog lights on.....stereo loud (playing a very bassy song).........and the lights dimmed so bad that I thought they were almost off.......now i still had my underbody and my inverter hooked up to my ps2 to go, so no knowing how much more it would. Do you think this is a problem I should be concerned (alternator dying) or should I just stop being stupid and not running everything hard and on all at the same time.......

Yes stop running everything at once, but if you have that much hooked up you might want to look in to a battery to run your stuff

Get an Optium battery and maybe a 160 amp alt.

yea i was walkin through costco........and saw the optima batteries and started drooling, i think thats definately on my list........and where can i get the alternator and does it drop right in or are there some kind of new brackets that go on?? thanks redog
