Rear speaker (upgraded Monsoon system) part number?
Does anyone know the part number for a rear speaker from the upgraded Monsoon system in a 2002? I saw the number "09371129" on the speaker magnet, right under "DELCO", but it didn't turn up anything on any auto part finder tools or even on google.

Got them new from GM dealer.. part number is 22698418, dealer priced at $65 each (plus tax). These babies hit hard, I'm anxious to see what my sub will sound like with these in the back lol, it literally sounds like I have a sub back there with just these rears in

I saw a Monsoon setup (in a Grand Am) in the junkyard last weekend. Is this something that someone here would have wanted?

If you do get the new sub, I would save the speakers some fatigue, and just use you sub for all the bass. Even if the speakers do thump good, there is no need to have bass up on those speakers, and the subs at the same time. Just my opinion though.

Doesnt matter. Put a sub in the trunk, have the seats up....Think all that pressure wont affect those 6x9's?

Simple concept here.
Take subs and put in a trunk. The pressure the subs create WILL work against the 6x9s in the rear deck, as they are sitting open.
