ahhh, so you have a "V" gap..... loosen the bolts on the bottom and top.....it looks like it needs to be pushed up too. so loosen them...push it up and tighten. then when you get the indentation lined up.... keep the bottom bolts loose and push it forward a little until the V gap evens out. tighten up and your good.
just gotta move it around some until you get it where you want. that simple

the fenders on our cars dont really have adjustment up top, did someone jack the car up by the pinch weld on the rocker panle?? which would casue the bottom of the fender to either roll back roll out, roll in
the 2 13mm bolts at the hood hinge will only give you in and out adjustment but not that much, and the hood hinge is spot welded to the fender, if the rocker panle is damaged, bring the pinch weld back, and you will have to use a spoon dolly or a fender dolly, to re shape the metal

I don't know about these cars, but on my Escort the "adjustment" is from the bolt holes on the feneder being larger than the bolts that go through them. That and aftermarket fenders fit like crap and will never look good. If it's an OEM fender, it should be possible to make it look right.

this just happened to me too. i was installing the lower half of my cai and when i was done i noticed the door made contact with the fender when i opened it. apparently i screwed something up. to get to all the bolts holding it on, does the rocker molding have to be removed? it kinda looks that way, but i havent taken a real close look yet. if anyones got more info let me know.
