Flip OUt Problemz

Ok. I bought and had installed a brand new single din A/v source Unit 7" flip out. It was professionaly installed and I started having problems from the start. My amp will not come on and I never had any recent problems of this, and to include my right turn signal doesn't work. I believe It was wired wrong on their part. Any ideas that I might can suggest to them? before i start demanding my money back.

does your amp turn on only on radio ? they could have used the antena power, instead of the amp turn on
