B&M Shift Kit
I was wondering what are your thoughts on a B&M shift kit, or any shift kit,for my alero 3.4.

It could probably be done, but I looked at the how-to that's supposed to work for all engines, but the 3.4 is set up differently. If you really want one I could probably sell you mine since I'm not going to dig into something I don't know about.

yea if it is the 'SHIFT KIT' that works with our trans ill take it. i get paid thursday. Which one though because i kno there is many

the LA1 uses the same part number, just the transmission plug is different, so you'd have to figure out which wires correspond to the ones in this how-to

If i get this B&M shift kit off summit will i be able to manually shift it ie: 1 2 3 D with out harm to my tranny?

No that's never ok, but this make's it shift faster and stronger.
