i'm currently making a custom switch panel. and i've noticed how cool the stobes look on the nascar pacecar(my dads new obsession in watching it)

i was wondering if anyone has any info on where, or what type strobes to use in fog lights and standard lights. i want the top right and bottom left to blink at the same time, but i'll play with that at work some.

(obviously i would have to put those on a switch on my plate... can't have those on anytime while driving.... i'm sure that would be a hefty fine....
