Fog lights blowing fuse

Ok where do I look next?

Last Sunday I was up near NYC and was driving home in heavy rain. My fog lights blew the fuse. I have the HIDs in there and there is no weatherpack for them so everythng is taped up with electrical tape. Pretty good too but the one side felt damp so I regaled everything. Tried again and they blew the fuse. This was on Saturday before Irene hit.

What do I look at next to get them fixed. Been in the car for over a year and this is the first time I have had a problem

unplug the power to the hids and see if you still blow the fuse. do one side at a time. taht will show you what set of wires/hids your messing with. if both are unplugged and you still blow the fuse then you have a factory wiring harness issue

Ok I'll give it a shot. Not till Monday though. I have Adam until Sunday night and I do not do car work when I have him
