I want to get a new headunit with MP3 capabilities and Cardomain has the Clarion Proaudio DXZ645MP for $149.95, because it is last years model. I don't need to have the latest and greatest i just want the best headunit for what i am looking to spend. I have heard good things about Clarion, but I want to know what you guys think of this headunit, if you have used it or know someone who has it.

If you recommend something else let me know why. I am looking to spend between $130-$180. I currently have 2 12" MTX Thunder 8000's running off a MTX Thunder 801D amp. I will eventually replace the factory speakers with aftermarket ones, also.
