Hi all,
My rear speakers are dead (have been for over a year and a half). I thought it was the connection somehwere but the dealership tested them and signal is going to the speakers. So, how do I replace them.

I took a quick look in the trunk and notice what looks to be black plastic pressure clips (x2 per speaker). I tried to squeeze and push them up but no luck (then again, I did leave the baby stroller in the trunk while doing this- guess I should just jump in there and reaf on them). Is this the way to replace them? Also, I can't tell but from the back grills, it looks like there is a spot for a rear tweeter- but I am pretty sure there is nothing but foam in that section.

So how do I do this- is there a step by step on the proper way to replace (also, any brand recommendations- I would like something with more bass - high end is not really important as the front tweeters bring enough cripsness to the sound (I don't care about back seat passengers <grin>)

Thanks
