just took it for a drive.....shift kit DEFINATLEY works and i figured out that the no trac off light only comes on when i have it in the highest setting. the Service Vehicle Soon light is still on though.

I thought about just disconnecting the battery and seeing if that would help at all???

I'd say pull the battery connection overnight, then put her back together and drive it. Put some miles on. I've found that the computers can be finicky sometimes. When I installed my B&M, it did the same thing, only no Trac light, just the SES. I just un-did the ground on the battery overnight, and then drove her to work the next day. The SES went off on the way to work. Just make sure you drive moderately...normal driving. I think the computer relearns things after changes are made? I dunno, but like I said, that worked for me. Hope this helps.....

For people who have trouble in the future with the B&M unit, be sure to make sure the main tranny plug (the one you splice into) is FULLY plugged back into the harness, otherwise you better get comfortable with a single gear car. :P
