I was checking out my intake today and decide that I might buy an AEM intake, while I was taking it apart i noticed that ther was oil every where in the tube and on the bottom side of the filter. can anybody help me out where that oil is coming from?

U musta drove thru an oil slick, probly one of those inspecter gadget types in front of trying to spin you out. "go go gadget oil slick!" And the tires splashed it up to where it got sucked into the intake toob.

That has to be the only valid explanation

Have the head gasket checked, maybe that could be a problem.

Remove drivers side headlight and look down into the piping of the stock intake.

See if anything is in there, if not look around the TB
