Passlock - Alarm Bypass Module

Wow my security light comes on at random pretty much every day. It does the no-start flashy light deal, and before I found out about this place, i just had the iggy cyl. replaced...my mistake, cause 2 weeks after paying for a new ignition cyl. same BS started again...so i have to take 10 min and just sit there while my car decides to fiugre out what to do with itself. I have no fob for the car, no alarm system, no remote start...just a crappy piece of electrical tape on my dashboard that covers up the light when it comes on, 'cause A) it's REALLY annoying, and B) it's REALLY embarassing.
Someone could put a brick thru my windshield and my car won't so much as beep, but when I put the key in to go to work....NOOOOO the car thinks I'M the criminal. It is the single most frustrating thing about my car...and every time it happens I get a little closer to developing a case of the "F**k its" and daydream about owning something that doesn't piss me off so much.
One thing I've noticed...last winter, the light almost NEVER came on...in the summer, it's on every day. When I first got the car, I thought it had something to do with the air conditioner.
I hate that damned light.

Same here, I am now fed up with it and I am trying to figure out how to get around it, I am sick of sitting in my driveway for 11 or 12 minuites, or sitting at the gas station having the attendant ask me if I have a problem. Today I went to get icecreams and quickly drive home with them and guess what! I had to sit there licking 2 ice cream cones for 12 minuites! SO ya I am fed up with it I will show ya what I did if I figure it out, I am not good with electrical so It will take me a bit.

I have the passlock defeated for now. I pulled off the black plastic kick cover under the glove box area and slid the BCM over until it fell down, I cut the solid yellow wire in the middle clip WHILE THE CAR WAS RUNNING and taped it up. I then let it run for a minuite before shutting it off. I will put a switch there in case I have to change out the battery or something like that.
