I finally got a pic of my alero... It's a 2000 Alero GLS coupe with the gold package... 3.4L V6..... Let me know what you all think and what would look good on it.... I am looking into a body kit and tinted windows right now...

Hello! Welcome to the site. I think a body kit would look nice on your car. Just make sure it is done right to look great with it, and not have any unclean lines. There a few alero's on this site with body kits. I personally Like the body kits on Rowdygls car, and NoSweat83. Don't go over board, that would be my opinion. And Just cause everyone says clear your corners or paint your taillights, doesnt mean you have to what everyone else says. Unless you wanted to anyways. In my opinion I dont always like the cleared corners.

welcome aboard...i miss my blue alero. Here's a pic of mine with 35% tint. You gotta be careful cause tint on a darker car makes it look even darker...dont know hwo the cops are down your way...

Welcome to the group. Nice color. Thinking of mods, well, establish what you want first - speed or sight. Personally, I like to look nice so I got some rims, tint and lowering job, but I like to go fast more. So that is nice enough for now. Next is to get to work on this bad a$$ engine or ours. Okay, you have the V, I have the Ecotec. Either way it depends on your priority, not everyone else's. Personally, I like the cleared corners, so since it won't cost me anything, that is probably going to be the last appearance mod I do for awhile. Happy modding. :alcoholic:

thanks guys! I've been on here for about a month or so now, and I really love my Alero! It's awesome despite the poor gas mileage... but who cares.... I don't. Anyways, I got my corners cleared!!! I posted a forum about it on the appearrence forums.... go check it out! My next focus is window tint, but I'm paying to have it done... I tried to do it on my older car and I sucked at it. haha...
