the dvd player came out good but i think the screen should of been a fold down in that spot. But I can't fiberglass! You should find a way to hide the neon tube a little bit better. but A+ on the dvd player installation and i can't wait to see the new head unit all fiberglassed in.

thanks for the comments!
yea the fit was good, i HATE flip downs in any coupe/sedan, makes it look ugly, i love in-dash, plus i was going to put the indash there, but my mirror would then look funny, but if i had the screen down it would be to busy around my face.
the neon tube is gonna be covered, as i stated im not yet done i cant wait to work on the trunk. i will cut a piece of mdf wood carpeted it to attach to the sub box, it will basically be a wall. the amp will go on the back of the wall where the fold down seats are. the tube will have a glass case for it to shine down, then a frosted side for the part facing out the trunk

I wish i had that much trunk space. i can barely fit anything in my trunk, god damn box! I have those same subs though(the design, idk what kind u have).
About the thing that holds the cd player in, it looks too big, but maybe its just me, idk. but you are doing some nice work man, keep it up

my lcd comes tomorrow, and i will also buy vinyl tomorrow. and try and finish this weekend, but the paint time for curing will take a bit. next week i will start on my dash fitting. should finish in a week(thats with a good weekend) then my front bumber will be next, i am cutting out the middle bar and making it square, then making custom mesh for my open "square" and my grills (should look meaner). fourth project is trunk. thats if i have money. Then between all of this, ill get some leather seat covers. last project will be ,my rear deck. it ill be black vinyl with fiberglassed 6x9, or componet facing toward you. A LOT of work!!
1.finish dvd install
2. dash lcd and cd HU
3. Bumber cutting/ custom mesh
4. trunk done!
5. rear dash

haha yea dude, work never ends on cars. Cause then you find something else u like and wanna do that too. Im not even gonna try and list what i still want to do. I have my exhaust coming, so thats next. Even though its a lot of work, in the end you get to enjoy it and you get see all the work you did yourself. But sounds like you have some good plans.
