Even though there was a large price difference and a few exhaust hangar repositionings, the Borla was worth it!!!

hanger repositionings? interesting....maybe the malibus are a little different cause i didnt have to reposition everything. AND YES...the Borla is def worth it.....i used to have the pacesetter....it sounded NICE....but it was LOUD. Then i switched to Borla....still decently loud but it def sounds better. But i know how it is to be tight on money.....go with the pacesetter....BUT FIND IT CHEAPER....i got mine for like $274 back in the day (about 4 years ago)....the exhaust hangers rusted out after about 2 years....so you might wannt coat the exhaust in some rust preventative stuff (that can withstand heat)

I have an SLP muffler i'll sell you, and it is a much better choice than pacesetter. Then you can have a local shop do your pipes

if you want a nice growl start with a CAI....that will give you a nice throaty sound....then go to exhaust.....then headers....thats what i did....each time it sounded even better. The pacesetter was 2.5in and it was LOUD....the Borla is 2.25 and it got a little quieter but after it broke in....NICE growl....cant wait to get the 3500 in....its gonna sound nice and actually be FAST!

The muffler is brand new in the box from a grand am/alero SLP system so it is 2.5 in transverse mounted with 2 tips out, both 2.5

Then a wild SLP Muffler appears :P But if i want it that bad then i would order the full system So go for it man I still don't even have my car with me yet so i shouldn't be getting to excited over things and throwing money everywhere ....
Oh and what about MP Racing are they still in our good books or have we had some problems with them recently.. cause my cart has over $1200 worth of stuff.. and i would hate to lost that.
