Now im in on it!

Now someones jacked up my alero! I guess they backed into it or hit the rear bumper just enough to spider web the paint from the start of the tail light all the damn way to the middle of the rear bumper. Also the bumper looks like its shoved inward (tward the front) and it broke off of two screws holding it on. If it did break does it mean i have to get a new bumper to ahve it fixed right, and what if the paints "spider-webbing" is it something the body shop has to do or can i fix it on my own? Id get pics but my camera wont pick up the spider webbing and the broke part is under the tailight.
