brake problem
hey everyone. I just changes my front pads, rotors, left-front caliper, among other things. the car still doesnt have pedal pressure til i pump them, and i bled the system well, and there are no leaks.... any ideas? oh, and the left are still sticking on at times causing the car to pull to the left. any help would be great. is there a sequence you need to bleed the brakes in, is it something else?

either not enough fluid, or there is still air in the system. if you still need to bleed, put some fluid in the master cylinder, just above the line, and have someone help you with this (either pressing the pedal or watching the flow from the line) and pump it until there are NO breaks in the stream. You should only have to do this on the line(s) that was disconnected to replace the caliper.
And it sounds like you might have a ceased up caliper. This could be remedied with some precision smashes with a hammer.
