Hi, I'm Becka. I just bought a 2001 Alero GL, and I'm looking into the whole modding world. My fiance has a 2000 Cougar that he's modded, so it's my turn now. Any tips on do-it-yourself stuff, or any cool sites that i can find mods would be great. Also any info on problems or comments about the car in general is always helpful. Hi, and welcome to the site Becka !  There's lots of cheap stuff you can do on your own, such as clearing the headlights, striping the tail lights, painting the calipers, the list goes on and on. Just use the search engine, and ask questions if you need to. Your fellow aleromodders will be more than willing to help. B)
