ok. was going around a mustang and he decided he didn't want me to pass him sooo the rest is history. but, anyway, here's my problem. i had the pedal to the floor and car is accelerating as usual...then, it starts doing this thing where i think i'm in 3rd gear and it speeds up then hesitates then speeds up then hesitates and so on and so forth. it makes a dull noise when doing the hesitations in acceleration and i'm not sure if i have a miss in my engine or if its the transmission doing something crazy. i kno that i'm going to be needing a new transmission eventually due to lots of slipping last winter so i dunno is the trans is giving out or what. i'm kinda freaking out because i can't afford a big problem at the moment....
sooo, if you know what might be wrong, let me know and hopefully its not bad news.
