Milzys awesomeness!

Alright well I don't work for milzy I assure you but holy crap I just got on their site for the first time in a few months and I'm really liking what I'm seeing!

Discription: If you're looking to make some serious power with your 3400, but you're worried about keeping your bottom end together, this is the solution to your problem. These race blocks are built to take the abuse of high boost turbo applications as well as high compression naturally-aspirated applications. Complete with forged pistons , Eagle H-beam rods and ARP rod bolts, ARP head studs. Engines are balanced to allow for smoother operation at higher rpm's. Several different compression ratios are available to suit your application. Pistons are complete with valve reliefs to allow for safe lifts well over .600". More details are coming soon.

that comes with stage 1-3 cams of turbo or SC or NA!!!

than you have this

Discription: If you're looking to build a beast of a 3400, these are the heads that will make it happen. These are quite simply the best heads available, bar none. No expense is spared with these heads. Max intake flow is over 290cfm! The valve diameter is increased so much that if they were any bigger, they would hit.

Stage 3 - Full port and polish, port-matching the intake runners, D-shaping/re-angling of exhaust ports, significant bowl work, correcting the short side radius, polished cc-matched combustion chambers

* Race Valve Job (9-angle Intake, radiused Exhaust)
* CC-matched combustion chambers
* stainless steel swirl-polished under-cut valves in oversized diameter (*see below)
* Comp Cams valve springs (160lbs at install height), Comp Cams titanium retainers, and Comp Cams keepers
* bronze valve guide liners
* new Viton valve seals
* assembled and toleranced
* clearanced for safe lifts up to .610"
* milling up to .020 free of charge

and finally

Like WOW! I need that if any of you have had your downpipe off before like I have you will have also noticed that it is double walled Honda Style.. this changes it from 2.0 to 2.5 while supposedly decreasing knock

anyways.. yea i need to start saving up, with buying the block with high compression pistons, and everything else I think it would be making big power, 240-250 range at least...
