window regulator...again
well i just finished replacing the drivers side power window regulator...again. the original one crapped out on me back in marchish, with somewhere around 165k on it. bought the super cheap ebay special, and that only lasted til a few hours ago. pushed down on the switch so it would roll down automatically and when it reached the bottom i hear a loud snap. turned out to be one of the cables snapped inside the regulator. went to autozone and payed $112 for a new assembly, but that includes a lifetime warranty. i just hope next time it doesnt go in the middle of winter or a rain storm or something. i guess you definitley get what you pay for.
