Just because SOMEBODY made you made is no reason to cancel the fun you WILL have on their account. If they are going then you should go too, just to make sure that you have just AS MUCH fun as they do! I went last year not knowing ANYONE, and left there with a whole new FAMILY!
It's people, like Scott (oldsman) and his wife, momma mo (oldsman's wife), that make it possible for some people. Its people like Heineck that allow STRANGERS to room with them for free, if it wasn't for him then I would have slept in my car (and that would have been fine too. Yet, his words were, "you are rooming with me, no questions asked." This allowed me to sleep in a bed and to also gain a new friend (buddy, sorry al I know you hate that. lol).

I will tell you my story NOW that it is over and done with. Last year I went through a crap load of stuff, just getting used to being a father, school, work, MY parents, my wifes constant nagging, and a hell of ALOT more. When I got there it was nothing but Grade A fun. Well when time came to get home, I checked my cash stash in the car and I believe I only had like 17 bucks to my name, in a state 700 miles away from my house.
Momma mo AND scott, said this was unacceptable and was NOT going to let me go without having gas money. They made sure that I had 120 dollars to get home.

So if you wanna start talking about its people like you, or that, or that person....then lets be real!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (these are ONLY my acounts with people, AFTER I met them at ASS 09)

It's people like oldsman and his wife that allow everyone a GREAT time, and to make sure that they get home SAFELY!
It's people like heineck that allow complete STRANGERS to have a bed to sleep in!
It's people like bdyman, that make sure you know what you are doing before attempting anything!
It's people like cherry, that is loaded with electronics information that is willing to share!
It's people like Ionc2, that will bend over backwards to answer stupid questions about alarms till the wee-hours of the morning.

As you can see the list goes on and on....DONT make the mistake of calling someone out unless you are MORE THAN WILLING to be called out yourself.
