So, some of our cars have hit the 10 year old mark and others are quickly nearing it. I've been watching the value of my car decrease since I bought it and the thought of a thread for us to keep track of depreciation occurred me.
Using Kelly Blue Book at
www.kbb.com as the official website to serve as a control, list the value of your car in "Private Party Value". Include current mileage and the state where you live.
I'm curious to see if there's a variety of prices for similar cars based on mileage or geographic differences.
My car as of 3/21/11:
$2500 Good Condition
146,000 miles
