Thats awesome man I wish my high school had stuff like that, we would do 2 performance builds a year and it was only for peopole in grade 12 and we didn't get to see the engines in any cars just on test stands so it was a bummer. Is it a highschool or college?

Believe it or not its running with the cavy reflash.. Everything working fine so far. You can see the fuel gauge is not working with it tho. I picked up the pcm for the same or less than what I would had to pay to get it tow to the tuner. So basicly I needed something to run the car, test my installation and what not. You can hear a small vaccuum leak in the video, where the POS T/B adapter is at..and the map sensor that broke lol, idle still fine. Once I get everything on the car ill do a real tune.
Ohh and thanks ...first eco boosted alero

I just swapped it from a cavy ECO that had the reflash already. And yes Dyno and tune comes in the future, so step by step lol. To do list:
Fix small vaccuum leak.
Do something about the battery (use smaller one or back to the trunk).
Throw the Header on and custom exhaust.
Mount the aftercooler in, and make a CAI for it.
and almost forgot, put in rear tranny mount and OIL change.
Whats a good decent Boost gauge?? Can get AEM to match the wideband, but thinking twice for the price right now.

don't really have to do meth on that one. There's an intercooler core built into the manifold.

true, but if you can have cooler IAT's I don't see any reason not to have it, that and it gives you an octane boost depending on your mixture.
