you can turbo most anything now days.... with that being said the hardest part will be running charge pipes, and that's not too hard to figure out.

Supercharger comes from a cobalt, which im sure its been mentioned in the forum before.
If you looking for one, check the j-body.org classified(selling) sections in the forum. I already know you dont need to tune the car right away if you have a PCM that has the GM reflash for the cavy.

The 2.0L LSJ is just a destroked 2.2 L61 if you want I can post a link for all the parts with p/n's and install intructions...
Vic did you use the LSJ injectors or did you get aftermarket ones for the L61 that allow more fuel flow?

Remember they use longer ones for the 03-05 rail in j-bodies. The ones that are using LSJ injectors use 02 fuel rail. But somehow I think n-bodies have the same 02 rail through out the years, atleast my 05 grand am engine has the same fuel rail, and from what I seen on pictures.
And Merlyn if you are able to, I hope you can do it .

Shouldn't be big trouble, I've got nothing better to spend my money on. As soon as I see a smashed up SS Cobalt, I'm going hood diving.

If you can't find an s/c you can always go the Turbo route they'll cost pretty much the same, when all is said and done.

Now to breath life back into this thread.... http://www.ecotecforum.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=12708 now you don't have to do a powersteering delete to mod your ignition. just get some MSD or Accel coils and wires and away you go.

I'm getting a HPS SRI next pay period, and start work on my 2.5" cat-back, hopefully a Pacesetter header by Summer. A B&M short throw should makes itself my way soon too. I'm still questioning the 2.4 manifold swap.

get a wideband a/f gauge and Hp tuners and learn to tune before you get too ahead of yourself, if you want to get the most out of your engine you'll need Hp Tuners.
