he used the old pads then threw them away!

now what is gonna make you lose stopping power with new pads and no paint on the rotor? i'm confused at why you're still asking this question.

he used his old pad long enought to get the paint off the rotors, then he put the new pads on, having paint on the rotors would affect stopping, but like he said he didnt drive that far.
