And my god dont tell me you pulled the ebrake witha donut on as well?

Eh, in a snowy parking lot with no one around I don't see why pulling the e-brake here n there is a bad thing. Just as long as you don't do anything majorly stupid, and make sure you don't hit cars/people/stuff.

Especially if the snow is really slippery, it doesn't stress things much.. nothing like pulling it on blacktop or sother grippy stuff.
