^ go the the dealership and get one, you will have to drill holes in your bumper so its not really "plug and play" as you say.

I just got the plate holder today (new, from a dealer). It doesn't come with any bolts (not that I would have used them, I'd just get them for sizing purposes and get stainless steel ones). It looks like I drill 4 holes and use wood screws with small fender washers.
