So.. how does extreme dimensions get away with blatant ripoff kits like that?

^^^ Since it is sold on Andy's site, I would say it's not a rip off but some type of deal with Andy's.

Well I got to say that you have a battle on your hands, cause I don't think that they are going to claim that they shipped out a product with that much damage. I know you had to sign receiving that and therefore it is assumed that you looked at the product and received it in good standing. Thats why I check every package I receive first before signing on the dotted line. If they are a reputable company they will swap with no problem. ................to be continued!

No one signed for it. Yellow freight shipping came by when my dad was in the shower. They dropped it off in the carport and were gone by the time my dad was out. The box looked as if it had been through hell and back.

alerojack is an unknown quantity at this point
jeez, i can remember when i pre-ordered my andys kit. something $1000 all together. talk about a price drop! but i dont think ill ever buy that kit again. to thin and flimsy. just nothing but trouble on a lowered alero, but it looks kinda dumb if you dont lower. just breaking peices every other week. and i liked it better when i was the only one in my area who had it, then every other alero around here seemed to get it. then i just didnt care anymore. lol...

Well guys, I have contacted AAS several times, and each time they have some excuse. They have told me THREE OR FOUR TIMES that it would ship out "the next day" but I always call a week later and they have "no clue why it didn't ship". This is getting extremely annoying.

I contacted them recently Thursday and got a guy I have never heard before. He said "Wow, this is seriously ridiculous" and later admitted that he was actually embarrassed to be on the phone with me because it has been so long with absolutely no customer service. He said it would leave a note for the manager and that I would get a call Friday or Monday morning. Well, I haven't heard from them yet and I really don't expect to, so I will be calling them again Monday afternoon to see what is up.

I have done EVERYTHING they have asked. I sent them pics of all the damage the day I made this thread (three months ago )

I hope I get this resolved.

/rant

I'm hoping when my front bumper comes in (should have come in yesterday) it's not effed up. For $140 in shipping it better come perfect, and should've come on time.
