I had the kind that Ion posted. I loved how it looked, but you gotta take care of it. mine cracked with the heat and humidity trapped in my car over the summer.

carbon fiber
blends better
you better have a lot of other stuff in mind for the interior if you're gonna try to do chrome, itll stand out like a sore thumb

I got the brushed Stainless steel one from speedhut (havent installed it cus it sounds difficult) But I got some aluminum pedals and shift knob. I am thinking that should be enough to not look out of place. Ill take pics when I install it.

id still say you'd need more than a shift knob and bezel or they'll both stick out. Its your call ultimately though

Aleros were only made from 99-04, and they are all the same, so to answer your question, yes it will work.

there's plenty of aluminum and chrome bezels on ebay. no CF ones right now though.

Heres mine with the aluminumish parts. I havent installed the gauge bezel yet, but placed it there so you could get an idea on how it looks like. BTW I dont know how to resize pics, so if someone gets annoyed by all my large pics, send me a how-to or something lol
