it can only go as far as the AS1 line.
IMO its ugly, thats why I don't have it.
But if you like it, go for it.

^^ if people went by the rules that strictly..... then why do half the pepple have their windows tinted 5-10-20% up front?? definately not legal, just dont screw yourself over for something else and you should be fine. :thumbsup:

The strip on mine goes about 3 inches PAST the AS1 line (tint, not vinyl).. never had any problems with cops. But tinting the WHOLE windshield is very illegal, as I'm sure anyone with a brain already knows.

it's all about contrast, you can tint the front really light, and do everything darker, and the front will appear untinted, especially with a dark brow.

I guess one could tint the front windshield if they are that dumb. No matter how light it is, if you are involved in an accident and it's determined the accident is your fault, you're gonna get in some big trouble.

Yeah but a simple ticket and having to strip your tint is very minor compared to having a manslaughter charge brought up against you if you were involved in an accident that ended up killing or nearly killing someone.. all because you wanted your car to look good. Just my opinion.
